Few things going on.

So we are currently waiting on an engineer's report so we can have our framing inspected and passed. As soon as we have that done we can start insulation and sheetrock. We hope that will start by the first of next week at the latest. We currently have 5 weeks to finish this house. We will see!


Yep, it sold. Joyous but sad at the same time. We close July 30th. Thanks Chip! What it looks like today.
